Biography of Dhruv Jurel, a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper

Dhruv Jurel is an Indian cricketer who was born on December 21, 2001, in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper.

Jurel was interested in cricket from a young age and started playing the sport when he was just eight years old. He went on to play for his school team, where he was noticed for his talent. He then joined a local cricket club and began to train under the guidance of experienced coaches.

In 2018, Jurel was selected to play for the India Under-19 team, where he impressed with his performances. He was a part of the team that won the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup, where he played a crucial role in India’s success. He scored an unbeaten 59 in the final against Bangladesh and was named the Player of the Match.

After his success in the Under-19 World Cup, Jurel was signed by the Rajasthan Royals franchise for the 2020 Indian Premier League (IPL) season. Although he did not get a chance to play in the tournament, he gained valuable experience from being a part of the team.He started d getting chances in the IPL 2023.

Jurel continues to play domestic cricket for Uttar Pradesh and is seen as a promising talent in Indian cricket. He has also been included in the India A squad and will be looking to impress in the upcoming matches.

Off the field, Jurel is known for his hard work and dedication. He is a fitness enthusiast and spends a lot of time working on his physical conditioning. He also enjoys playing video games in his free time.
