Rachin Ravindra :A wonder boy from NewZealand

Rachin Ravindra is a New Zealand international cricketer who was born on November 18, 1999. He made his international debut for the New Zealand cricket team in September 2021. Rachin was born in Wellington, New Zealand, to Indian parents.

His father, Ravi Krishnamurthy, is a software architect who played club-level cricket in Bangalore, India, before relocating to New Zealand with his family. It’s interesting to note that Rachin’s name is a combination or portmanteau of the first names of two legendary Indian cricketers, Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar, which reflects the cricketing influence in his life.

Rachin Ravindra’s background and upbringing in New Zealand, with strong ties to Indian cricketing culture through his parents, have contributed to his development as an international cricketer representing New Zealand. His debut in 2021 marked the beginning of what could be a promising career in the sport.
